Digital content exception / loss of right:

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as online courses, downloads, and streaming content), the right of withdrawal is lost once supply/performance has begun, provided that:

(b) you acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply/performance begins; and

(c) we provide confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (e.g., email).

By purchasing our digital courses and ticking the checkbox at checkout, you:

– request immediate access/delivery; and

– acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access/delivery begins (e.g., when you first access the course area and/or start streaming or downloading course materials).

We will send you an email confirmation including your consent and acknowledgement.

5. Payments

– All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

– VAT is included where applicable.

– Payment must be completed before access is granted.
