1. Change-of-Mind Withdrawal (Digital Products)
All products sold on senseinteraction.com are digital content and/or digital services.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost once supply/performance has begun, provided that:
(a) you gave prior express consent for immediate supply/performance; and
(b) you acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply/performance begins; and
(c) we provide confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (e.g., email).
When you purchase our digital products and request immediate access at checkout, we supply the digital content immediately and the change-of-mind withdrawal right is lost once access/download/streaming begins.
Important: This section only concerns the change-of-mind right of withdrawal. It does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is not supplied or is defective / not as described (see Section 2 below).
2. Refunds and Statutory Remedies
1. A) Statutory rights (non-supply / lack of conformity)
If the digital content is not supplied, is inaccessible due to our fault, is defective, or materially differs from its description, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law (for example: bringing the content/service into conformity, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund where legally applicable).
2. B) Goodwill / discretionary refunds
In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer a refund in situations such as:
– you were charged twice for the same order;
– a technical error on our side caused you to purchase the same product twice;
– the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
Time limits
– For goodwill/discretionary refunds: please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
– For non-supply or lack of conformity: your statutory rights apply according to applicable law and are not limited by the 14-day goodwill period.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include:
– Full name
– Order number
– Date of purchase
– The product purchased
– A clear description of the issue (and screenshots/technical details if relevant)
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (unless we agree otherwise).
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider/bank. We will issue approved refunds without undue delay and typically within 14 days of approval.
